This year's Berlin International Film Festival marks the 6th year of Volkswagen's partnership with the filmfest. Once again, the automaker will provide stars the transport to the red carpet.

The automaker has been playing an active role in the Berlin's prestigious filmfest for 6 years now. There are lots of good reasons to do so, as the Berlinale is more than ever a guiding light of international excellence, high artistic quality and cutting-edge innovation. And VW is jubilant to be part of the glam and glitz of German capital's filmfest.

"Against the dramatic backdrop of the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag building, Seal and Die Fantastischen Vier will be appearing live to really make this party something special. You can't get more Berlin than that." said Heike Lichte, Head of Public Relations at VW.

The German automakers vehicles will also be the VIP guests to the Teddy Awards ceremony. One award that has inked a special part of the festival action is the audience prize, the Volkswagen TEDDY Ballot. The same is awarded jointly by VW and Tip, the city magazine.

The Berlin International Film Festival will run from February 7 to 17. Be there to experience the spark!
